random charges not in link with my monthly gold plan. Up to 5 times a month the same 24.99.

Disguised as apple bundled charges flew under the radar for 7 months. Contact info for tinder says call via facsimile which in my 30 years of life i have never heard of.

And the line is dead. Refunds declined from apple.

I have done nothing wrong Ive verified everything more than once and Im legally blind btw so your puzzles for me suck and if Im paying for this account why am I dealing with being locked out made to re verify re verify over and over

A couple years ago I tried to download Tinder and it said my account was banned for whatever reason and Im not sure. I decided to redownload it again this morning and the same message came up again.

Ive never done anything inappropriate on tinder that I could ever think of?

Please help me out. Id like to recover my account if possible.

I was charged by Tinder when the subscription got canceled a while ago. The subscription was on accident, and now, months later, I am being charged close to $200. I am getting a refund.

Me and my husband are married and he is on Tinder sleeping with multiple women unsafely. we have been married for five years.

I have two children and sleeping in unsafely with people is not a go.

I think the app should have something to wear. It be able to tell if you are married or not could if I or my kids can track something because of a one night stand because the app couldnt take precautions then Im a be one mad person

I got no answers to my questions. I was asked to pay $5 plus the monthly membership fee to even be connected to a support representative

They recently banned my account with no explanation. Besides, I violated something without proof and my review has been denied so how do I speak to a legal team regarding the situation?

I am trying to fix my account whit you guys and you never respond to my email to customer service 10 times I send a email its so irresponsible app I pay two times and you guys never fix my problem nobody cant see me or Tex me some friend say to they cant find me in tinder but you guys have my money and you dont care about your customers its a shamed I pay all this money for your service I never have anything please fix this problems

Paid a hundred dollars and the app does nothing Don't use tender. You pay for a service and you get nothing.

Because this guy is a POS, whoever he is, and nothing came up for him outside of the screenshots of his Tinder account, I will also add that hes still on Tinder, still harassing women opening with the same You would look pretty underneath me line, and he has surely been reported already. Tinder is garbage.

I literally did nothing wrong. I'm not weird to people I've matched with; I've never been aggressive, and I've never posted any weird or naked pictures.

I literally cannot figure out what I did.

I emailed Tinder, and they were actually very rude to me and just kept telling me they weren't going to tell me what I did and proceeded to tell me I'm never allowed on the app again. I cannot emphasize enough that I haven't done anything wrong.

Wow... absurdity awful, can we at least pretend to care?

Ok, so my account has been broken for 6 months. I've made a few efforts to get it fixed, but I'm not getting any replies.

Someone really needs to take a look at it. I tried to upgrade to hopefully get it working, but still nothing. So now I'm paying for Tinder Gold, and it's just not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

To add the troubleshooting option that you have no choice but to choose is just infuriating. Finding information to contact customer service really is a nightmare this way.

I uploaded a new photo to my verified account and I was banned. I don't understand what happened.

Now that my account is back, I believe I've been shadowbanned. How do I appeal this?
