Account Banned for NO REASON
I have been having issues with their app for months; I paid platinum membership and decided to downgrade to tinder plus after realizing their tech support sucks. I was getting around 1000 matches per week - being a social media influencer, I was not surprised.
However, I kept getting slowness in their app, so I made a ticket so they could do something - instead, they banned my account for allegedly violating their policy, with no option to create any future accounts at all (Anne from Tinder), now I have a blocked account - no way of reaching people and a paid membership that was going to renew February 2024 (we are in November) So now I paid for something to not be refunded, and when I was paying attention to their horrible app-they banned me?
Seriously?? I feel scammed -_-

Banned for No Reason
I cannot, they won’t let me join back. If they resolve this and take steps to improve their process, I will.
I logged in after been offline for a few weeks and was presented with are you human?
Prompts and followed the directions including sending pictures of myself. It said it was going to be reviewed and then the next time I tried accessing it I was told I was banned.
There was no reason stated, just that I somehow violated their terms.
I tried contacting their customer service and all they did was copy and paste the same message each time saying that I violated the terms and they couldnt tell me why.
Ive requested it be escalated but they just ignore my responses now. This is very upsetting because I take major pride in being kind and following rules.

I was banned
. I figured I would do it the next day since it was late. I tried to login and received a message saying I was banned . No explanation, nothing! Cannot even find a site to contact them. FAQs give you no option to appeal to ask why.

This company does nothing to stop the catfishing! Their fees are hidden and it takes a lot of digging to stop a subscription or ask for a refund. This is not worth the price!

I can recommend J4Dates.com instead Tinder
They have disgraceful and miserable customer service. They don't seem to be interested in attracting more members.
They like to ban for no reason. Isn't it pilfering from bank accounts? I prefer less well-known but reliable sites like J4Dates.com
Since they are interested in new clients, they care about their customers' satisfaction and they work honestly. I met many beautiful ladies there and I have not come across any scammer yet.
Tinder managers don't bother with scam prevention, that's why the number of fake profiles and catfishers is crazy there. To sum it up, Tinder is a useless site with a lot of shady things going on.
