Have a recurring bill every week even though I canceled my subscription over 3 months ago.
I have been having a recurring bill for $13.99 every week since I canceled my subscription on September 8th. I tried to get rid of my card information on my phone to see if that would help stop the issue, but I'm still having the same trouble with having a recurring bill every week for $13.99.

User's recommendation: I thought I could be able to find someone who shared the same sense of humor and much more with me on a app, but it is much better to go out in the world and find someone who has those qualities your looking for rather than a app where there is significant risk involved.

Useless contact, Im trying to let them know that a scammer is back on the prowl as he scammed me out of my life savings and hes back on the app now, I tried to email last night and had issues with sending due to your poor setup, there is no support from you in regards to these situations not user friendly at all

My subscription cancelled automatically
I purchased a 6-month Tinder Gold subscription on 17 November 2025. However, today when I opened the app, my profile is showing no active subscription, and it appears that my Tinder Gold plan has been cancelled automatically.
I did not cancel this subscription myself, and I have not requested any changes or refunds. I'm not sure how or why this cancellation happened.

No Customer service to rectify situations.
Says I'm banned from Tinder although I've NEVER had an account with them. Apparently, the previous holder of my phone number was banned. There's no customer service number to call.

Horrible
I never even had the opportunity to even use go on the app before they canceled me. I only was trying to take a photo I liked and felt good enough for a foprospective dates to see before I was kicked out of the site, I only had a tinder account for maybe 24 hours, before they tried to cancel me for two years ,so I just deleted the app.
I understand safety and security but that was too much. It kept saying it was trying to verify I'm human, I only was trying to send my photo I felt comfortable with.

So I got the plus cause I thought I would see people and click there profiles but I cant and I want to see and click people profile so I want to switch and I just got the Plus yesterday but I instantly realized that you need the gold to see people so tantrums charge me the full 40 bucks can I just pay the 15 $ difference cause I already payed for the 25$ for the Plus.
