Tinder dating will not accept any of the many photos I've taken, I tried different lighting, different locations still it keeps saying try again, I'm getting ready to just delete the app and try another dating app, at this point I don't know what it is they think I'm doing wrong, several of my photos looked clear and nice, I will try one more time and take a photo, I will delete the app again permanently after that! Locked out of my tinder app

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund. Refunded £28.00 but still waiting for £34.49 extra I paid for nothing was working on my 2 weeks on the siteeand they asked me to boost my profile with more money. To be very careful tinder is a money grabber and keep asking for money because they can play with your sentiments.
Tinder tricked me on sign up with a discount, and I paid £19.45 for just a week, and my account doesn't work.
Preferred solution: The promotion half price for a week and also my account to work

My account has been banned for quite a while now, please help me get updated again. I need to go in and start dating again; it's been over 3 years now my account has been banned.

No customer service humans, banned due to discrimination
Not a single human reviewed my case, and I sent over 20 emails asking for a manual review. I repeatedly asked for information that was not provided in the appeal center, yet every email I sent was responded to by a customer service representative that was just a bad AI telling me to check the appeal center.
They gave me multiple completely different reasons for my ban, reasons that were obviously false.
Its clear to me that I was banned based on false reports, or by their algorithm, Im not sure which, and they refused to tell me which. Its a clear case of antisemitic discrimination (I put in my bio that Im Jewish and a Zionist, which is what triggered the ban.).
Preferred solution: I want my account restored and to be unbanned.

It appears despite claims to the contrary that Tinder rigorously discourages company contact.
If you need to speak to a live human prepare to take a whole day off from work.

This company needs to get a hold of me via a live representative and my phone number 541-200-**** immediately due to 10 unauthorized charges to my bank card
Please resolve my issue and give me a refund for being charged extra
There have been 10 unauthorized charges to my bank card totaling $189.90 by Tinder, and I have never used this service or authorized these charges. If Tinder processes my refund, then I would recommend using them to someone else.

My ex partner and Ann Lloyd got banned tinder over year ago because didn’t want meet another women dating sites an told me she got banned.
Been on Tinder for over 15 years. I never do anything wrong, and my ex-partner and Lloyd are the reason I split up with her about this under the years ago. I knew that, and I knew my ex-partner got me banned, and Lloyd is going with another woman.

Billing issue
I told the company that I was never reimbursed for my active subscription after a full charge for an upgrade and they never sent me my money back that was promised upon upgrade.
I upgraded to gold and was supposed to be refunded for the amount of my original payment but never received it.

I don't understand what happened to my account
My account was logged out, and I was asked to sign in, which I did, but it was a new account. I'm trying to get my old account back, but I'm stuck at creating a new account.
I have subscribed to the premium package in my old account. Now, if I want to try subscribing, it shows 'action cannot be completed.' Please, I need it sorted out; my money can't just go two times.

Talking to my match all morning than when my payment failed they disappeared than I renewed and there not there

I'm being charged for a Tinder Gold subscription that I do not have nor want. I believe my PayPal has been hacked, and I have been paying for this for quite a while because it shows up as a charge from Google until you dive into it and find out it's from Tinder. I get charged $14.93 every single week, and this is obscene.
