Banned account for no reason
Hello, my name is Sydney, and my Tinder account was banned today. I am unsure as to why it was banned because I did not break any of the guidelines, in my opinion.
I also paid for Tinder Platinum during the time in which my account was banned. I would like reasons as to why my account was banned and not just the sent terms and conditions.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
I subscribed to a deal, and there are only limited options before you have to pay even more money. I want a refund; the accounts are scam pages.

I tried to add to my profile but was unable to figure that out on my iPhone and online. You do not have a customer service number or email. Please cancel and reimburse my credit card ending in 4839.

Unable to delete account

App not working. Paid a lot for nothing. Tried to delete account but wasn’t permitted. Support hasn’t answered 2 requests in 4 days.
The company could actually reply to support requests. And if they shadowban people they shouldnt collect payments.

Account looks not work
Hey, my account looks okay and normal, but no matter how hard I try, I have 0 attentions, its must be something wrong, other ppl cant see my profile or what? I recently subscribed to a deal for Tinder Platinum and cancelled the deal. I cancelled it because you're only given limited options like sending a message five times to somebody before getting your money back.
This is a scam, as well as the accounts being fake. I've already looked up most of them.
